Little Blue Elephant in Minot

Super fast and hot, good service and friendly. Just know it's big portions. I had the pho and the red curry. Definitely ordered too much, but was able to finish, but felt like a competitive eater. So order less than you think you need, you can always get more. They also offer take out I believe, but I can't see how they could of boxed a pho as big as mine. Quick and easy central location and easy to park in a garage and walk and then have the ability to visit the town. Enjoy your trip!

This place is my favorite restaurant in Minot. If you are looking for a relaxed environment and good vibes here is the place to be! The food is flavorful and filling, it is so delicious! Tai isn't for everyone, but this place might change your mind.

Hands down the best Thai food in Minot! We have been ordering from here for 6 years and always come away happy and full. Their Panang Curry has a wonderful medley of flavors. Owners are always friendly and welcoming.

Excellent food and friendly staff! Cute little building and atmosphere. When they say spicy they mean it so if you want your whole body it light on fire then order medium spicy curry. I ordered just barely any spice and man it was HOT. They are delicious every time!

NOT open friday at 1100. Hours are wrong. Online says one time, door says two other times. Food was good last time, but who knows when they actually open.

This is my favorite restaurant in Minot! I was there visiting my boyfriend for a week and I made him take me twice. Both times, our meals were amazing and the service was excelent! The man and woman (whom I assume own it) were so friendly and funny. Definitely make the Blue Elephant your next dinner stop :)

I had a togo order of vegetable fried rice and thai iced tea. The fried rice was steaming hot and fresh even when I got home! I loved the different array of veggies they put in the fried rice, the quality of the food in general, and the sweetness of the thai iced tea. As a thai food lover from Fairbanks, Alaska (lots of thai places in fairbanks) I will be coming here to get my thai food fix while I'm here in the states.

This place always has great food. I really enjoy myself here. Honestly by far one ofof t best places to eat here in Minot. The atmosphere is really enjoyable weather you have family friends or a date. They can even accommodate large group's which is a nice feature but I do advise calling in advance for group's over 8. I simply live this place

This was a surprise. The place was nearly empty but was assured the food is fantastic. Our server was friendly and attentive, the food was great, exactly what we ordered. I'd recommend to any Thai food lover.

Food is amazing wish the air conditioning was on though as I have a disability that gives me an aversion to heat. The duck was great though

Both noodle dishes tasted exactly the same. Everything was wayyyy to spicy. Not much flavor besides salt

Terrible Service, waited 30 minutes after being seated to see anyone, ordered food and drinks all at once, waited about 20 minutes to get the bill, stood up front for about 10 minutes before finally being able to pay my bill.

I've been here many times. The food is fantastic. The staff are friendly. The atmosphere is very relaxed, not noisy and chaotic.

As a party of 2, we stopped in 25min before close, on a Thur, after hitting up a tap takeover. I didn't expect the service to be great with our late arrival, but I didn't care... I wanted yakisoba at any cost.We came in and were greeted and seated promptly. We were told to take our time. Despite the late hour, staff were happy, helpful and not put out in the least.We split potstickers & both ordered our entrees as spicy, they didn't disappoint! The food was perfect and filled the craving. I was able to take home half for lunch today. Grand total of $32!Great food, excellent service, reasonable price!

Great Thai joint downtown. Has great takeout options. Also, the sushi is probably the best in Minot. Parking is on the street nearby.

Customer care service, polite and called me by name 2nd or 3rd visit. I eat here about 3 time a week after work. If you get anything spicy, just adjust an say a little spicy...cook loves spicey so he may go hot quicker than most. But he gets your level an remarkably duplicates it for me.

Beautiful restaurant, delicious food. I have to eat here everytime I come to Minot, it's the best Thai food I can find. Dishes can be ordered according to how spicy you want them. Hot means hot here. I haven't even been brave enough to try the hottest and I love spicy food. What makes it good, though, is it's not JUST hot; the flavors, texture, and heat all go together to make an amazing experience. Any place can make a dish hot, but the little blue elephant can make a delicious hot pad Thai that burns your taste buds but you can't stop eating it because it's so good.

The food is excellent. We ordered pad thai, drunken noodles and thai fried rice. So yummy. If you like spicy food, start with medium, then add more powder because medium is pretty spicy. We loved it!

Great place for Thai food in Minot! We ordered the Pad Thai and the Red Curry. Both were delicious. The red curry is labelled as "spicy," but I really didn't think it was all that hot though (however I do like spicy food a lot so maybe it would be too much if you don't). The only thing we didn't like was the fried rice. I think they put some sort of fish flavoring in it and it almost tasted the way that wet dog smells. That wasn't very good, but the rest was fantastic. Like I said, great Thai food!

Disgusting and sketchy place. I even caught them making up their own fountain-tasting drinks in the back, and approached them and then they lied about it. I don't know what it was, but it made me consider what else they are not telling customers.

The food is great, the sushi is awesome, just an all-around great experience. I especially enjoy the pad thai, yakisoba as well as the thai fried rice. The sushi is a little pricy but well worth it.

I've been here a few times and the food is pretty good. The only reason why I took a star off is a few items I have ordered are prepared different then other traditional Thai eateries. For example I ordered spring rolls (usually these come without deep frying them...mine came fried. I also ordered drunken noodle which is usually a flat wide noodle, but my noodles looked more like pho noodles) ultimately the food tasted great and recommend checking this place out if you are craving some Thai. I look forward to going back the next time I'm In Minot.

I love this place. Owner is super friendly and willing to adjust your order to suit your needs. We typically order to-go but have eaten in. Building is clean and filled with little knick knacks expected in this sort of environment. Prices are fair and food is super delicious
